We are currently seeking an Associate for our Spain Hotels and Hospitality Capital Markets business line.

This is a permanent, full time position based in Paseo de la Castellana 79, Madrid with Spain / EMEA travel as required.


Responsibilities include:


Supervising, reviewing and directly supporting the preparation of high-quality presentation materials for client pitches, investor information memorandums, and other transaction-related marketing documents.

Participating in all parts of transaction processes.
Developing financial models that can evaluate the effects of different strategic alternatives under various capital structure scenarios.
Taking an active role in the team's Client Relationship Management activities.
Working seamlessly with the wider EMEA team to deliver pan-EMEA portfolio transactions alongside Spain transactions.
Undertaking hotel viewings with hotel investors.
Building strong, lasting relationships, for the benefit of JLL, with both existing and new target clients.


Requirements:

Understanding of all stages of the transaction process
Experience of working with clients in a client facing role
A good knowledge of hotels & hospitality real estate sector with 2-4 years' experience
An agile approach combined with exceptional financial modelling, analytical and research skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills facilitating key client and stakeholder management
Collegial and team oriented
Calm and focused under pressure and tight timelines
Thrives in a fast-paced environment that requires ability to manage competing priorities and projects
Advanced MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook required


Desirable:
Experience in Salesforce, Argus Developer, data analytics, and/or BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
