Key tasks

  • Develop and maintain EQS procedural framework by regularly conducting reviews with CTO key experts and method owner, derive improvements and update standards and instruction.
  • Develop elements of QM&HSE strategy for product development to shorten time to market while maintaining or improving quality and safety of design
  • Monitor and track implementation and adherence of operational activities in CTO to established framework (e.g.
  • P
roduct Lifecycle Management, internal and external EQS standards) and overall maturity regarding QM&HSE principles and requirements

  • Utilize metrics from Q-Leads in product development projects
  • Conduct spot checks and maturity assessments
  • Manage / govern change to metrics and KPIs
  • P
rovide focus areas as input to SGRE audit program

  • Serve as support and escalation point for the QM&HSE community in CTO
  • Assure crisp problem statements for perceived deviation to standards and regulations
  • Organize independent assessments through QM&HSE community and/or external expertise to support solid decisions
Competences

  • Engineering degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • 5 years of experience in quality or engineering role within product development
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Coaching capabilities
  • P
roject Management Skills

  • Fluent in English
  • C1 (both spoken and written)
  • Spanish language skills are a bonus
  • Strong mindset to drive factbased approach and data integrity
  • Good understanding of APQP4Wind, Product Safety Principles laid out in EU Machinery Directive and proper use of QM tools
  • General broad understanding of / interest in technology and underlying principles
  • One of the 3 working genius ́: Galvanizing, Enablement or Tenacity
