SPECIALIST SALES SUPPORT

Objective


The goal is giving support to Customer Business Unit in the short, medium and long term management by providing quality data for taking decisions, ensuring a timely planning aligned with business objectives, coordinated with Marketing, Product, Channel and Finance teams.

As well as, monitor and analyze deviations and business risk an opportunities, designing and implementing action plans.


Responsibilities

  • Develop, monitor and analyze business planning for the Consumer Business Unit.
  • Ensure business planning is aligned with the activity objectives (Gross Adds, Disconnections, Churn, Revenues and Costs).
  • Coordination and follow up on activity forecast with Marketing and Sales Channels.
  • Monitor and analyze deviations and business opportunities, proposing contingency / recovery plans when necessary.
  • Propose and coordinate cross projects with specific areas.
  • Prepare executive reports and presentations to senior management in order to enable decision making related to Budgets, Forecasts and adhoc requests.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Degree in Business and Administration, Telecom engineer, Statistics/Mathematics
  • Strong organizational skills with a problemsolving attitude
  • Proactivity and permanent search for change and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to use data and metrics to make and support decisions.
  • Flexibility and ability to produce results in a fastpaced environment.
  • Project management skills: communication, team leadership and high capacity to reach agreements.
  • Excellence analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent capability to resolve problems and conflicts under pressure environments with confidence and autonomy. Be able to manage multiple activities simultaneously and handle time sensitive deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork and coordination skills (ability to lead and coordinate crossarea projects in a very high demanding environment).
  • Understanding of business drivers and detailed KPIs.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in similar position.
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • English: Advanced level
  • Other "nice to have" tools: Power BI, Clickview, etc.
