GRC Officer to join our big family. If you are eager to add value to the team and take on new challenges that will be presented to you, come and meet us


Duties:


  • Support and advise any area of the company on certifications, study of competitors and other bodies.
  • Support and advise the rest of the company's departments on issues related to the integrated management system.
  • Maintain and update the documentation process, policies, procedures, records, training and controls related to the IMS.
  • Provide support in tasks related to the approval of suppliers, and their respective reviews.
  • Provide support in relation to the completion of tender documents, questionnaires, and RFPs to presales, TAMs and PMs of projects.
  • Provide support to contribute to the successful outcome of internal and external audits by following up and resolving detected nonconformities.
  • Record nonconformities, observations and opportunities for improvement arising from internal and external audits.

  • Information Security, Business Continuity, Cybersecurity
  • Security standards applicable to the technology industry
  • Audits (internal or external)
  • Spoken and written English at an intermediate level.
  • Flowcharting tools (Lucidchart, Airtable, ETC)
