Your goals:
Within the PreSales team, you will support our Team Lead in the following activities:

  • Managing and reactivating our customer database on Salesforce.
  • Coordinating and ensuring the smooth customer journey.
  • Studying the status of existing processes and proposing new ideas.
  • Implementing new processes to facilitate communications with our customers (automatic reminders, verifying the correct execution of appointments by sales representatives, etc.).
  • Providing daily reports to the relevant managers.

Required profile:

  • You are a dynamic person and excel in managing interpersonal relationships.
  • You are proactive and not afraid to propose new ideas.
  • You are diligent in your work.
  • You can work in a team and foster teamwork.
  • You are interested in sales and would like to interact with B2B clients.
  • You speak English fluently.

SELECTION PROCESS:

The process consists of 3 steps:

  • Introductory interview with the TA
  • Technical interview with the PreSales Team Lead
  • Hiring Manager Interview with VP Sales
