Mission:

We are seeking a new talent to lead the B2B Business Development team for the Iberia & Italian market.

This role reports directly to the VP Sales Europe and will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth.


As the BDR/SDR Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading our outbound and inbound activities in the Iberia and Italy market.

Your main objectives will be to coordinate OKRs, aligning them with the company's overall goals, and ensuring that your team generates a significant number of opportunities for the Account Executive team.

You will provide coaching, conduct 1-on-1 sessions, and develop strategies for a team of 10+ SDRs and BDRs located in both Madrid and Milan offices.


Responsabilities:


  • Monitor and report on the performance of the SDR and BDR team, providing regular updates and insights to the management.
  • Oversee the full cycle of team members, from recruitment and onboarding to training, performance management, and professional development.
  • Manage the team and foster a positive and motivating work environment for the BDR/SDR team, supporting their growth and encouraging their professional development.
  • Collaborate with the VP Sales Europe to ensure alignment of team goals and strategies with the overall company objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and refine sales approaches.

Requirements:


  • You are a native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.
  • You have minimum 3 year of experience in B2B sales, business development in a SaaS company
  • You have minimum 2 year of experience on a similar role
  • You have bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team
  • You are a problemsolver and resultdriven
  • You are curious, a quick learner and able to adapt easily to any type of situation and background
  • You master CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
