The Systems Data and Analytics Analyst will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving the data and analytics capabilities of the procurement function.

The Systems Data and Analytics Analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders to collect, analyse, and report on procurement data from various sources and provide insights to support strategic sourcing decisions.

What you will do:

Collecting, cleaning, validating, analysing procurement data from various sources (e.g., ERP system, eprocurement system, contract database)
Developing dashboards, reports, models, forecasts, benchmarks, KPIs, scorecards, and other tools to measure and monitor procurement performance
Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic sourcing decisions
Identifying data gaps, issues, and opportunities for improvement
Ensuring data quality, integrity, and security
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements

Who you are:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, management, finance, or related field
15 years' procurement experience
Experience in data analysis and manipulation
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
