What do we do? We are a digital transport operator focusing on optimizing long-hauling in Europe. Thanks to our driver relay system that allows multiple drivers to switch between each other, we are improving the standard of trucking.

Who are we? We are a team of young professionals who come from different backgrounds (strategy consulting, sales, tech) and who have a clear mission: we want to create collaboration in the trucking industry to achieve a future where people live better and resources are used more efficiently.

Where are we? We are based in Madrid, although we have a global scope. We have operations in Spain, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, the UK and France.

IT Technical Support to join our team.

What will you be working at in Trucksters on a daily basis?

You will be the one preparing laptops and mobile phones for new employees, collaborating with our providers, and also being the focal point for supporting your teammates globally (Windows, GNU/Linux, MacOS, Android & IOS)
We have a lot of software integrations and keeping track of them and their licenses is one of the most important things you can help us with
Security is one of our primary concerns right now so, helping us design and implement plans to ensure the safety of our networks, systems and devices will be part of your daytoday tasks too.
You will be the expert in charge of Google Workspace. Thanks to your work, interactions with everything related to the Google suite will become increasingly simple and effortless.
Random interesting stuff like deploying a centralized password management system or cooperating with our Office Manager to prepare the setup for a companywide talk will pop up from time to time

We are sure you are going to be a great fit if you:

Have some previous experience working with Google Workspace. Experience dealing with Android Work Profiles is a plus.
You have experience managing the technical issues with devices and setups needed for both, onsite and remote teams.
You are fluent in English and Spanish. More than enough if you feel confident explaining something to the rest of your teammates.

Also, it would be great if you...

Have experience deploying services in GCP.
You have programming skills You either know how to code a script or prepare a configuration YAML file to deploy a docker image.
You have previously set up a company internal network and have configured a VPN.
You are aware of the main cybersecurity standards that a company should be compliant with.

Important notice This is a hybrid position (around 3 days a week on-site in Madrid) and we do not sponsor visas at this moment.
