    About the Role:

    Specializing in nano and micro influencers within the beauty and fashion sectors, Skeepers' Influencer Marketing division is currently in search of a Junior Community Manager to join our dynamic team in Madrid. In this role, you will oversee the management of our community in Spain, reporting directly to the Head of Community.

    Operating within the Marketing Department, the Community Team plays a pivotal role in shaping our brand image and engaging our community. If you are enthusiastic about influencer marketing and community involvement and are ready to advance your career, keep on reading.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Community country expertise:

    • Act as the country's point of reference for Skeepers Community metrics and influential trends, regulations, events, and top influencers.
    • Acquisition & Quality:
      • Develop strategies to enhance organic and paid acquisition of new influencers in the Spanish market.
      • Ensure content quality checks for influencer profiles.
      • Regularly verify the quality standards of accepted and rejected profiles.
      • Implement optimization strategies for the influencer database.
    • Activation:
      • Devise and execute communication plans with influencers through various channels to stimulate their campaign participation.
      • Nurture positive relationships with influencers, guaranteeing their satisfaction and dedication to brand partnerships.
      • Monitor the progress of major brand campaigns, propose action plans, and provide weekly reports to the Head of Community.
      • Offer support and guidance to influencers regarding products and campaigns.
      • Collaborate with different teams to ensure the seamless execution and performance of brand campaigns.
    • Engagement:
      • Collaborate with the social media content manager to implement engaging social media strategies for the local influencer community.
      • Create and manage online & offline events to connect with top influencers.
      • Design customized marketing campaigns for selected influencer segments to boost their engagement with brand campaigns.

      Requirements

      If you possess the following requirements, you could be the perfect fit:

      • 1-2 years of experience in community management, influencer relations, or digital marketing.
      • Native fluency in Spanish.
      • Proficiency in English for effective communication in a multilingual setting.
      • Knowledge of influencer platforms, content creation tools, and influencer management and database tools like Mailjet, Later, Canva, and Photoshop.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Analytical ability to conduct social media reports and community evaluations.
      • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
