    31st Union, 2K's latest AAA development studio, is expanding its horizons with an exciting Spanish addition.

    As a Senior UI Artist at 31st Union, you play a vital role in shaping visual elements to enhance game design and user experience. You will collaborate with professionals from various fields such as design, art, and engineering to create an immersive, well-balanced interactive experience that combines gameplay design and art direction. We appreciate games that not only play well but also look visually stunning; we strongly believe that well-designed UI/UX significantly enhances the overall gaming experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and assist with UI and UX design following the project's artistic vision and game design principles
    • Create UX wireframes, cooperating effectively with game design and art teams to visually represent design concepts
    • Collaborate with Game & UX Designers to conceptualize, refine, and create assets throughout all development stages from preliminary visualization to final in-game assets
    • Establish and maintain a consistent UI style guide with team leads and key stakeholders
    • Manage and prioritize UI asset creation, collaborating with development partners to optimize the creative vision delivery and ensure top-tier visuals
    • Implement effective practices, workflows, and pipelines to enhance team efficiency and focus on continuous self-improvement and professional development
    • Research and adopt new tools and processes to enhance UI quality and streamline workflow within the development team

    Required Qualifications:

    • Solid UI skills showcasing a deep understanding of UI requirements in an interactive gaming environment
    • Highly organized
    • Excellent communication and written skills
    • Proficiency in prototyping software (XD, balsamiq, axure, etc.)
    • Experience with game engines (e.g. UNREAL, Unity, and other proprietary or commercial engines), design tools, and production pipelines is highly desirable
    • Proficient in production tools like Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar software for asset creation); proficiency in motion graphics and animation is a significant advantage
    • Knowledge of 3D is beneficial but not mandatory
    • Ability to work and communicate effectively in English
    • Must be an EU Citizen
