The mission of this role

As a global Lead of the Data Analytics team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data strategies that support business growth and generate operational efficiencies.

In charge of a team of Data Analysts, you will manage and define the roadmap for Quadpack's analytical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the global data steward governing the data definition, capture, treatment, security, and best practices of data across Quadpack organization.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify datadriven opportunities and develop solutions that drive value for the organization.
Define and implement data governance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
Assess the business stakeholders in the different departments in defining the KPIs, reports and dashboard required to track business performance and keep the consistency across the entire organization.
Lead projects involving data analytics, from planning to implementation and monitoring.
Manage data analytics Quadpack Analytics platforms including SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, as well as other relevant technologies.
Lead and manage the Data Analytics team, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members.
Stay uptodate with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years' experience in the Analytics sector, 3 of which in a leading role.
Expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, and background with SAP HANA environments.
Functional background in Finance, Controlling and Business planning.
Experience in Consulting developing projects in the industrial sector is a plus.
Languages: Spanish and English (German is a plus)
