We're hiring for a
Finance System Administrator as part of Merkle in Barcelona.

Job Description:

Life as a Finance System Administrator at Merkle

The purpose of this role is to deliver accurate and efficient master data processes and finance reports.

As a Finance System Administrator, you will:

assist in the set-up of employees in our financial system and manage their timesheets;

- create timecodes and assign them to employees' timesheets;
- solve timesheets-related issues for employees and finance teams;
- manage data entry in the financial system;
- deliver master data maintenance processes, according to established Standard Operating Procedures and agreed SLAs;
- identify improvements in the existing processes regarding data entry (automation);
- maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with established processes and policies;
- assist in the ongoing training of end-users on how to submit timesheets, expenses, and to record absences.

Qualifications:

What we are looking for in you

University Bachelor's degree or higher.
You're a recent graduate (Bachelor or Master).
We will also consider you if you're not a recent graduate but are looking for a career switch.

years of professional work experience.

Very good level of English.
Proactive with effective communication skills.
Logical thinker with an eye for detail.
Good knowledge of Excel.
Knowledge of Navision, JetReport & Workfront would be a plus.
Basic understanding of financial and accounting concepts.
