Job Description:

As a Cloud Lead Architect, you will be a key part of the Architecture & Technology organization in SGS leading the future vision for Cloud strategy and adoption for the whole company. The role is key in reaching best class architecture and adoption models and helping us build a modern IT organization able to quickly and efficiently capture and deliver on business requirements.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Define and implement the SGS global Cloudfirst strategy
Define and execute the cloud Architecture and associated roadmap for the group, including migration of remaining DCbased workloads
Enable fast Cloud adoption by all SGS Businesses and Affiliates, with advisory and evangelization initiatives
Develop, rationalize and optimize the SGS Cloud platform, leveraging Cloud automation design, governance and policies
Design the Cloud Service catalogue and report on Service Level
Sustain the Cloud governance model
Govern the Cloud financial model and look to cloud cost reduction strategies
Manage the Cloud suppliers relationship.
Improve security in the Cloud environments used by SGS
L3 Cloud support

Qualifications:

Graduate level in Computer Science or equivalent experience
At least 5 years experience in leading and managing large scale Cloud environments, in a multinational environment
Strong technical expertise in Azure. Expertise is AWS, Google Cloud and Oracle OCI is welcome.
Good networking and security expertise
Significant experience in managing international teams of different cultures, across the globe
Ability to develop business cases and report on financial
Proficient in English at negotiation level and able to produce top quality documentation

This position will be based at our office in Madrid with the possibility of WFH several days a week.
