We are a creative production and post production house. We differ from most production companies in having our own in-house post-production studio, with animation as our distinctive touch. This allows us to control the entire process without limiting our creativity. Only this way we can ensure that the final result will be exactly as we imagined.

Despite being a young company, we have a wide international scope that has led us to work for clients such as Nike, Coca-Cola, Adidas, Riot Games, Gatorade or Columbia Records.

We're looking for experienced, enthusiastic Bidding Producer to join our team into Post

production and Production Team.

The Bidding Producer is a central role in the team that is responsible for sourcing new

business and winning work for the company. Producing detailed bid packages to send

to our clients.

The postion would last 6 months with the opportunity of becoming permanent.

This role reports to the head of postpo and the CFO.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the VFX Supervisors, CEO/CFO and Head of
Departments to develop a coherent, creative and technical pitch approach to

bidding.

  • Study and analyze scripts, produce VFX/Film Production breakdowns, and
quantify the work required, working across multiple potential projects in parallel

to formulate ball-park and accurate bids.

  • Follow up bids systematically and proactively with clients and collaborate with
senior colleagues to convert the bids into awards.

  • Attend all client meetings in order to develop and maintain client relationships
as appropriate.

  • Build and maintain good relationships with key colleagues to meet business
needs and requirements.

  • Work with other executives in the business development and marketing area to
provide a regular report to the CFO, CEO (including any project losses), leads

and future leads using the Milk Bidding and Sales pipeline schedule.

  • Work closely with the Head of productions and the CEO/CFO and be a key
contact for new clients.

  • Responsible for maintaining a comprehensive set of notes on each project and
effecting a clean handover to Producers once awarded.

  • Create a training program or bidding as and when needed.
  • Develop strategies for new business
  • Coordinate the recruitment and hiring of freelancers as required for awarded
bids.

  • Share information between departments and help to coordinate staff and
resources (including freelancers) to cover projects.

  • Producing bid breakdowns in parallel across multiple potential project
  • Working in the new business team, regularly reporting progress to the Film /foto
Department management team

  • Responsible for reporting progress of potential new business to the Head of
Production on a regular basis

Must Have

  • Substantial experience as a VFX/Film Producer with proven capability in
providing detailed and accurate bids.

  • Have an excellent understanding of industry cost structures and contribute
opinion in commercial decisions.

  • Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A commercial mind, with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with new contacts; experience in building effective
working relationships and communicating with clients.

  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent understanding of financial considerations.
  • High level of English, spoken and written
Nice to Have

  • At least 3 year's experience within a postproduction environment and at least
two years as a producer

  • Other languages as French, German, will be a plus.
  • College degree in related field as (audiovisual or finance). A combination of
work experience and education can be substituted.
