MANAGER PERFORMANCE MARKETING GLOBAL E-COMMERCE:

    YOUR MISSION:
PUMA is seeking an experienced performance marketing manager to join our team.


The Manager Performance Marketing for Global E-commerce team will be responsible for planning and executing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive revenue growth for PUMA across various markets, focusing on Paid Search and Shopping.

The position will be located in PUMA Barcelona Office.

Manage the day-to-day activity of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns across a variety of campaign types - Paid Search, Performance Max, Discovery, etc.


  • Own forecasting, spend pacing, and budget management for assigned channels
  • Optimize paid performance marketing channels and marketing feeds to hit KPIs and grow the business
  • Develop and execute testing strategies (A/B testing, landing page testing, etc.)
to improve conversion rates and overall campaign performance.

  • Analyze campaign data, identify trends and insights, and develop actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Create and manage regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations
  • Work cross functionally with other teams (regional ecommerce, brand marketing, and global DTC, etc) to develop integrated marketing strategies that drive business growth
  • Monitor industry trends and identify new opportunities to drive revenue growth through PPC advertising

YOUR TALENT:

3 to 5 years of hands-on-keyboard experience managing complex paid search and shopping campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (agency or e-commerce experience preferred)

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Excel, etc)
  • Detailed knowledge of performance marketing, from audience/keyword planning through to activation and measurement functions.
  • Detail oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self starter with a proactive mindset, capable of seeking out and building the necessary relationships throughout the league to achieve success.
  • Fluency in English required
