We are looking for a Accounting & Office Manager.To succeed in this role, you should be analytical, detail-oriented, and honest. The ideal Accounting & Office Manager should possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills as well as a strong understanding of accounting and management principles and financial legislation
RESPOSIBILITIES:
- Daily activities of the accounting and ensuring that all daily, monthend, and yearend reports are completed accurately and on time.
- Prepare and be responsible for all necessary internal reporting required
- Support other departments to meet needs of the finance department.
- Drive development of new efficient processes and procedures
- Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
- Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures,
REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualified Accountant with Spanish Gaap Knowledge.
- Strong understanding of accounting, finance, HR and management principles.
- Degree in Accounting, finance, or related field.
- 35 years of professional experience in a similar position.
- Strong English and Spanish communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, office, bookkeeping and ERP softwares
- Time management and prioritization skills
