Operations ManagerObjectives of this roleMaintain constant communication with upper management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the campaign.

Manage the whole team of Telco Sales Campaign.

Implement, and maintain quality assurance protocolsIncrease the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company's internal capacityEnsure that operational activities remain on timeTrack staffing requirements.

ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolutionManage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer serviceHelp promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.

Provide operational support and guidance to staffRequired skills and qualificationsBachelor's degree in any course. Operations management, business administration, or related field are preferredProven background when it comes to Telco/Sales Campaign.

Two or more years of proven success in an operations management roleStrong interpersonal and communication SkillsExcellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer serviceKnowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applicationsThe candidate must live within 30 minutes of our Ortigas office.

Perfect attendance and arriving 30 minutes before the shift are a must.
