YOUR ROLE:


  • As the leader of an international team of marketing experts in Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Greece, you will have the opportunity to guide and motivate a talented group of professionals to achieve exceptional results and make a lasting impact in the industry.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns for B2B products and services
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create and execute lead generation campaigns
  • Develop and implement marketing automation strategies and tactics
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, using data to make informed decisions
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors
  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies
  • Develop and execute campaigns with distributors

YOUR SKILLS:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools, such as Marketo or Hubspot
  • Experience with website and social media management
  • Experience in working with a sales team and understanding of the sales process
  • Excellent digital and project management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of English is mandatory; Italian and Spanish would be appreciated
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisionmaking
  • Strong people management and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
