YOUR ROLE:

As the leader of an international team of marketing experts in Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Greece, you will have the opportunity to guide and motivate a talented group of professionals to achieve exceptional results and make a lasting impact in the industry.
Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns for B2B products and services
Collaborate with sales teams to create and execute lead generation campaigns
Develop and implement marketing automation strategies and tactics
Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, using data to make informed decisions
Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors
Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies
Develop and execute campaigns with distributors

YOUR SKILLS:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing
Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools, such as Marketo or Hubspot
Experience with website and social media management
Experience in working with a sales team and understanding of the sales process
Excellent digital and project management skills
Excellent knowledge of English is mandatory; Italian and Spanish would be appreciated
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisionmaking
Strong people management and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
