Your Role and Responsibilities

Resolution of functional and technical incidents
Knowledge in the use of SPRO (SAP parameterization)
Preparation of user manuals and support to end users
UAT test preparation
Capability in managing new functionalities within the project
Management of Roles, users, parameters, user menus, etc.
Knowledge of the tax circuits of a tax agency
Collaboration in implementations of new taxes.
Client management
Project management (risk management, planning, delivery execution, etc.)

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Experience in SAP implementation projects.
Experience in Team and Project Management.
Knowledge in SAP modules: PSCD or FICA-ISU, SAP R/3 in T&RM.
English and Spanish fluent.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Desirable knowledge:
SAP FI, SAP RM or RMPS, knowledge of tax law, experience in implementation/maintenance, Debugging (high desirable), executive collection.
