Job Description:

Programme Director

Remote or Hybrid - can be based anywhere in Europe (with occasional global travel)


As a Programme Director at CHEP, you will drive dynamic and key strategic programmes across the business delivering transformational change truly shaping how Brambles deliver programmes and projects moving forward, whilst demonstrating what "good" looks like as we build internal capability.


Working for one of the world's most sustainable supply chain businesses, you will have the opportunity to shape what programme management looks like and genuinely transform it from a position of strength.

Do you offer...?

  • At least 5 years' experience successfully leading and delivering complex transformation programmes in a large, global organisation
  • At least 5 years' experience of leading remote teams across multiple continents within a matrixed organisation
  • Experience of building capability in project and programme management and in demonstrating the value of effective programme management to the organisation
