ACERCA DE LA VACANTE
Funciones del Puesto

To represent Amstar abroad in the most favorable way, not only to Amstar clients but also to representatives of other companies, hotels, local agents, etc.

To look after the general welfare of the client, representing and identifying with him/her on matters both in the hotel and with the resort in general.

To keep fully informed on both the hotel and resort. To provide information (hotel facilities, transportation, excursions, money, postal service, medical, etc ) as required trough regularly scheduled desk hours
To optimize profit through the excursions sales.

To make an efficient contribution to the general administration of the resort, ensuring that all paperwork and documentation is correctly completed and passed to your supervisor on a timely basis.

To hold daily briefings for his / her clients who arrived the day before to provide useful information about the resort, hotel facilities, and services, also for selling the excursions advertised on the Amstar brochure.

To establish and maintain good working relations with hotel management, office staff, local agents and clients
To correctly account for all monies handled on behalf of clients and the company.

Requisitos del Puesto

High school Diploma.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) (Spoken & written).
Own Car

Experiência Deseada

Minimum of 1 year of Sales and Customer Services experience.
