Your Role:

As part of Mantu's growth, we are looking for a new talent within our Finance team.

You will join the Real Estate department, being part of an international team with people based in France, Belgium, Romania, Switzerland, Spain.

We are recruiting a Financial Analyst to support our growing activity on an international perimeter.

Reporting to the Real Estate manager, you will play a major role in the Real Estate department, and you will be responsible of the following tasks:


  • Resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the loan research process for real estate acquisition with acquired technical experience and guided by Managers (Real Estate and Treasury).
  • Negotiating Real Estate financing lines with our financial partners.
  • Building financial models to support the Real Estate Manager in taking decisions.
  • Following and monitoring the financial debt.
  • Performing monthly financial reporting and analysis to assess portfolio's performance.
  • Actively participating to the development and strengthening of relation with our financial partners (top banks).
  • Making the link between the Financial Governance and the Real Estate department.
  • Participating in the realization of Financing and Refinancing Memorandum in liaise with Asset Manager.
  • Proactively work on loan request to ensure that all applicable deadlines are met.
  • Coordination and Communication:
  • Coordinate underwriting and approval of loan.
  • Review loan approval documents for consistency and accuracy as well as compliance with all internal and program guidelines.
  • Other miscellaneous duties as required by the Real Estate Manager and the Corporate Finance & Treasury Manager.

Your Profile:


  • Master's Degree in Finance from top school or university.
  • At least 2 years' experience in Corporate Financing department or in a banking sector or in Real Estate Finance.
  • Mastering Excel & MS tools (Word & PowerPoint namely).
  • English and French fluency mandatory. Additional language is a plus (Spanish, Italian, or German).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Good understanding of different types of commercial real estate loans.
  • Strong understanding of debt covenants such as LTV, LTC, DSCR, ICR, cash trap, etc.
  • Good understanding risk (credit risk analysis, currency risk, market risk, interest rate risk, counterparty risk, refinancing risk, etc.)
  • Ability to work in an international teamoriented environment.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain organized.
  • Ability to understand macroeconomy trends and their impacts on interest rates.
