    Operations Manager - International Project
    Vigo, Galicia, Spain

    We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead our international project in Vigo. As the head of operations, you will be responsible for directing and performing a department with over 100 people, ensuring maximum operational efficiency and customer service levels.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage processes and tasks, utilizing available resources to guarantee the operation of the Centre. Plan section activity, establishing priorities, anticipating difficulties, and proposing actions to ensure productivity.
    • Evaluate activities and tasks established for each shift by the Head of Area, ensuring they are fulfilled according to procedures and quality standards to achieve maximum efficiency.
    • Adapt tasks and distribute section resources based on operational variability, finding solutions to problems or reporting incidents as needed to ensure correct activity development.
    • Coordinate the Section team according to operational needs, rotating work groups, and supervising necessary training and skills to guarantee correct activity development and maximize productivity.
    • Evaluate the use of technical resources, compliance with ORP measures, and product/garment quality to meet regulatory requirements.

    Requirements:

    • Distribute workforce according to operational needs.
    • Adapt tasks considering different situations.
    • Execute received directives, finding solutions to specific causes and problems.
    • Ensure compliance with operations and work instructions, as well as prevention and safety standards.
    • Monitor tasks effectively.
    • Maintain order and cleanliness of the Center.
    • Interact continuously with various departments.
    • Report information to other areas.
    • Global Vision of the Distribution Center.
    • Inform and communicate operational instructions to your team, ensuring understanding.
    • Evaluate personnel under your charge.
