    We are seeking a Chief Steward/ess for our 40m+ Private Sailing Yacht.

    Key Details:

    • Seasonal position starting March in Spain, potentially leading to a permanent role.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position required.

    Requirements:

    • FS&HL2 and Advanced Silver Service Training essential.
    • Demonstrated attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills, and confidence in all aspects of interior management.
    • Fluency in English and the ability to work with a mixed nationality crew.
    • A valid EU Passport, Residency, or Schengen visa is mandatory.

    Salary: Dependent on Experience with Standard MLC SEA Conditions.
