SKILLS:


  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT, Zachman,
and actual experience developing and building models based on such framework.

  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture notations such as ArchiMate, BPMN...
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture tools such as ARIS, Enterprise Architect.
  • Experience defining and implementing strategies under a Team leader or equivalent.
  • Ability to combine many different skills and experiences to address and solve business,
information, and technology related opportunities and problems.

  • Excellent leadership and conciliation skills.
  • Group session facilitation.
  • Promotion skills ("selling" the results of architectural approaches through presentations).
  • Analysis and design.
  • Modelling and graphical representations and abstractions.
  • Experienced in business process analysis and optimization, process modelling, analysis
techniques (business process, BPMN, context diagrams, UML, use cases, user stories).

  • Experienced in SQL usage (DB consultation).
  • Experienced in writing detailed technical analysis and produce structured documentation
(UML diagrams, Use Cases, Mock-ups, etc.).

  • Experience with (agile) project management: backlog management, grooming and
refinement sessions, iterative planning and delivery, estimation techniques, incremental
development,....

  • Testing skills (design, execution, documentation).
  • Ability to give business and technical presentations.
  • Very good communication skills with technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Analysis and problemsolving skills.
  • Capability to write clear and structured technical documents.
  • Ability to participate in technical meetings and good communication skills.

SPECIFIC EXPERTISE:

Following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:

  • at least 5 years of specific expertise in BPMN
- at least 5 years of specific expertise in Data Capturing System
- at least 5 years of specific expertise in J2EE
- at least 5 years of specific expertise in SQL

TASKS:


  • Create business architecture models that reflect the organization's strategies and goals.
  • Integrate the project and program strategies and ensure alignment with business
strategies and drivers, and management priorities.

  • Identify ways to reduce costs in IT and business leadership.
  • Evaluate systems for discrepancies or vulnerabilities.
  • Conduct research to find ways to improve operations.
  • Provide business architecture and systems processing guidance.
  • Create and implement a business vision and multiyear plan.
  • Perform detailed functional and technical analysis and produce structured
documentation (UML diagrams, use cases, mock-ups, BPMN, etc.).

  • Guide from a functional and technical perspective a small development team
implementing specific features and stories, in an agile way.


EDUCATION

  • Master's degree of 5 years.
