    Amazon is looking for a Seller Engagement Manager to support the Self-Service Recruitment (SSR) channel of our EU Exports business.

    The support would include country-specific deep dives, i.e.

    analyzing frictions across the funnel (Registration, Verification, Gating and Listing) to improve Registration-to-Launch rate, and subsequently working on implementing solutions with partner teams (e.g.

    acceptance of documents in additional languages). The candidate would also drive business cases for OP cycles to implement longer term solutions, which many times require a largest investment and dedicated tech HC (e.g. localization of the registration funnel).


    Main responsibilities include:

    • Own scalable recruiting and growth of selling partners in 35 export destinations (Launch and GMS goal)
    • Manage yearly SSR project plan and SSR budget
    • Drive scalable recruiting initiatives with EU5 and 3PX partner teams (I.e. paid search marketing, paid social marketing)
    • Drive scalable local recruiting initiatives and streamline for export (Events, webinars, internal and external partnerships)
    • Drive scalable seller education initiatives and localise for export (Seller university, Seller central, seller onboarding journey)
    • Own monthly/quarterly SSR reporting for leadership reviews and documents
    • Deep dive and analyze paid marketing data to drive ROI Key job responsibilities

    • 6 months to 3 years of related experience
    • Fluency in English and another EU language
    • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or related degree required
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply
    • Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to work with wide range of people at all decision-making levels
    • Experience solving analytical problems, either in professional experience (data analysis) or education. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • Fluency in additional EU languages
    • Experience in sales, business development, management consulting or product management.
    • Experience in e-commerce or retail.
