The Marketing Production Manager (MPM) at Netflix is focused on establishing a global operational center of excellence for cross-functional project management, creative production, and localization of our title campaigns.

The Role

  • We are looking for a Marketing Production Manager to lead creative innovation and production of bestinclass entertainment campaigns for the Spanish and Portuguese markets. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the endtoend production process of our marketspecific campaign initiatives across paid, earned, and owned channels. This means that you thrive in an environment that requires you to bridge creative and technical needs.

Responsibilities include:


  • Support our ES marketing team by planning overall campaign production timelines, project deliverables, and campaign resources. Ensuring a regular flow of information between all crossfunctional partners in Spain & Portugal, EMEA, and Globally. Regularly share updates on project timelines and budgets and escalate any anticipated production issues.
  • Partner with a team of marketing managers and integrated producers responsible for managing the production, localization, and trafficking of key promotional materials.
  • Endtoend production management for regional marketing shoots (esp. AV), activations, and asset creation for bespoke title campaigns.
  • Driving the local implementation of global creative materials to deploy marketing experiences and extensions with high regional relevance.
  • Managing agency and vendor relationships in the region by leading daytoday communications, defining and tracking the scope of work, creative budgets, and timelines.
  • Define, negotiate, communicate, implement, and monitor technical quality standards and creative integrity on all project deliverables according to Netflix creative guidelines.
  • Driving and enabling technical innovation, with deep knowledge of cuttingedge tech providers and being responsible to implement the latest innovation trends to Netflix campaigns.

Personality Attributes & Requirements:


  • Strong familiarity with the Spanish and Portuguese entertainment market, creative agencies, and media landscape. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Passion for storytelling, and solid project management skills. 7+ years crafting worldclass creative direction and execution.
  • Profound knowledge and experience with onset production, activations, OOH, RTV production (360degree campaigns)
  • Solid experience in working with creative agencies and production houses, and the ability to provide concise, clear, and actionable creative feedback/ direction.
  • Proactive, fast, and flexible problemsolver with superb time, resource, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel, with diverse geographically dispersed teams to lead the exchange of information and asset delivery effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and demanding environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity and demonstrate strong and effective judgment in the face of ambiguity.
  • Comfortably keeping up to date with the zeitgeist in entertainment, culture, tech, and business innovations around the world.
