Description

Key responsibilities:


  • Maintaining accounting books and timelines of a portfolio of allocated clients;
  • Timely and accurate processing / reconciling of all fund transactions;
  • Preparation of NAV calculations and investor capital account statements;
  • Management Reporting and Statutory Reporting of corporate entities to ensure the team complies with all of its accounting and regulatory obligations and requirements including listing requirements and client reporting;
  • Ensure that client responsibilities are managed effectively;
  • Preparation of Financial Statements, assisting the external auditors to ensure the audit function is executed on a timely and efficient basis.

Skills / experience:


  • Degree from a business school in Accounting and Finance;
  • Good knowledge of alternative fund structures / asset classes (i.e. real estate, private equity, private debt);
  • Proficient in MS Excel, structural and detail orientated;
  • Good analytical and problemsolving skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet strict deadlines;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Fluent speaking and writing in English, German would be an asset.
