Supplier Quality Team Lead:

  • ITTools and Reporting (Focus Wind) acts leads a small group of Supplier QualityExperts and acts as the goto person for the SQD (Supplier Quality &Development) function globally to lead the transformation for IT Tools andReporting.

You are part ofour corporate Supplier Quality & Development - Quality, Processes &Development - Process Management team. You are responsible for leading a globalteam providingGovernance in terms of definition, simplification, standardization, transparency& digitalization of SQD tools and related KPIs

How You'll Make an Impact

  • You take on acentral role by consolidating business needs and manage the improvement orimplementation of a supporting system with IT business partners.
  • You generate synergiesby utilizing standardized solutions and supporting process harmonization.
  • In your role as teamlead, you drive the development and implementation of systems and toolssupporting keyprocesses of SQD with a global team of IT and business experts
  • You set up globalknowledge groups to ensure continuous exchange of improvement ideas onprocesses and tools
  • You lead thecreation and implementation of a digitalization roadmap for SQD
  • Your positionrequires an intensive interaction and communication within our global supplierquality network as well as with our cross functional partners e.g. fromprocurement, quality management and IT

What You Bring

  • At least 8 yearsof experience in business process design and support for ITintegrated businessprocesses with focus on digitalization
  • You are familiarwith standard supply chain management principles, basic knowledge of qualitymanagement is of advantage
  • Significant knowledge/ experience with ERP and data analytics systems. Experience creating userfriendly, intuitive training materials
  • You haveleadership skills; you are assertive and collaborative with solid interculturalexpertise
  • You have 5+ years'experience in leading teams and projects in the Wind industry and runningvirtual crossfunctional teams in an international environment
  • You are aselfstarter, determined and selfreliant; your organizational talent andstrategical and analytical thinking round up your profile
  • You have amaster's degree in business administration, business informatics, industrialengineering, information technology or equal, ideally with certificate inproject or LEAN management
  • You are fluent inEnglish, international working experience preferred
