ROLE PURPOSEWe ́re looking for a Junior Litigation Lawyer to join our Barcelona office and be part of the litigation department of ID FINANCEPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESLitigation:
Massive judicial claimsDrafting of necessary documents during the life of the procedure in response to the Court's requirements or allegations when necessaryFollow-up and control of the judicialized filesAdditional tasks:Support the Senior Lawyers with the litigation strategyWork closely with the paralegal assistantsAssistance to provide legal advice and guidance to stakeholders as necessaryUndertake comprehensive legal researchKnowledge & skillsMembership in the ICA.Very valuable course or program of specialization in Procedural Law and Arbitration.

Degree in Law and possession of a Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession
Experience:
Minimum experience of 2-3 years in procedural matters.
