As an
Operations Analyst, your role will focus on overseeing and managing supplier procurement processes, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and optimize resources, with the aim of supporting business operations and fostering business growth.


Main responsibilities:


  • Coordination and supervision of supplier procurement processes nationwide, covering various regions and branches.
  • Monitoring and assessing compliance with contractual agreements, proactively communicating the status of compliance to the respective branches.
  • Development and execution of projects to optimize procurement procedures, including aspects such as supplier management, information organization, contractual conditions, and restructuring, with the goal of facilitating use by the sales team and enhancing sales opportunities.
  • Analysis of sales and purchasing data to identify and implement actions aimed at improving commercial strategies and increasing business profitability.
  • Generation of national and international reports to provide a clear view of the progress of projects and actions, evaluating returns and impacts.
  • Collaboration with the Product Manager in supplier management to achieve established objectives at the national and international levels.
  • Assistance to Product Managers in their interactions and presentations to the HQ.
  • Active participation in Operations meetings, providing relevant information about initiatives and projects.
  • Preparation of reports on ESG indicators and goal tracking, including data related to environmental aspects such as carbon footprint and waste.

Requirements:

Education in Business Sciences and/or Business Administration.

Knowledge of data analysis tools, such as Python or similar.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for handling large volumes of data.

Proficiency in Spanish, Catalan, and advanced English.

Previous experience in multi-company environments, with a national and international perspective, will be appreciated.

Availability for occasional travel.
