Job Title:
Global Market Access Strategy Lead - Biologics Launch

Location:
Barcelona, Spain - Hybrid (3 days in office - 2 days home office)


Job Description:


As the Global Market Access Partner - Biologics Launch, you are responsible for developing and executing access strategies that shape the value of Galderma products across indications and optimize product access, reimbursement, and commercial success across multiple geographies.

You will report into the Global Access Strategy Head and will be responsible for the successful launch of Nemolizumab.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global market access strategies, conducting thorough assessments of healthcare systems, payer environments, and market trends to inform market access strategies.
  • Develop value propositions and value messages tailored to different access stakeholders.
  • Prepare and communicate global value tools (global Payer Value propositions, Global Value Dossiers, Global Payer Objection Handlers, etc.) to support market access activities.
  • Collaborate with Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) and local affiliates to identify payer evidence needs and ensure appropriate evidencegeneration packages for inline and pipeline products are created and deployed to ensure commercial access and reimbursement.
  • Lead development of global access strategy deliverables, assist local affiliates with payer negotiation strategy preparation, and provide input into national/regional market access tactics to secure optimal pricing and reimbursement.
  • Provide P&MA perspectives in support of business development initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Health Economics, or a related field or any equivalence by experience.
  • Experience working across regions or in a global role.
  • Track record of developing and successfully executing Pricing & Market Access (P&MA) strategies in competitive therapeutic areas.
  • Ability to identify critical data gaps beyond registrational datasets related to P&MA submissions and define strategies to address them.
  • Experience managing large projects or processes with limited oversight from a manager and the ability to solve complex and unique problems.
