Barcelona HQ.

About the role:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide accurate information on products, services, procedures, and company policies.
  • Guide brides through the process of finding their dream dress.
  • Handle and resolve possible complaints efficiently and professionally, adhering to established policies.
  • Proactively offer solutions and recommendations, maximizing our bride experience and sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with retail stores to address customer concerns related to their instore experience.
  • Contribute to achieving department goals and exceeding customer expectations consistently.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a highvolume, multichannel contact center environment.
  • Fluency Spanish and English both written and spoken. Additional languages (specially French or Portuguese) are a strong asset.
  • Familiarity with the retail or ecommerce industry, and experience in luxury customer service is preferred.
  • Positive, helpful, and solutionoriented attitude with a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to learn new software and adapt to a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient in typing (minimum 3540 WPM).
