Your work-life opportunity:


We're looking for passionate new member that will organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures in our Barcelona as well as provide support to the EAs team.


Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Manage schedules, agendas, meeting rooms and overall logistics (internal) including scheduling and inviting people and taking care of needed resources.
  • Prepare and followup minute by minute for visitors (hotel arrangements, logistics relating to the visit, etc )
  • Manage travel arrangements of the executives including being oncall while they are traveling for emergency changes if needed.
  • Support the organization of Summits from the VPs and also from their direct reports.
  • Take care of some personal matters of executives (rides, bills, reminders, etc)
  • Support our CEO's right hand or the Senior Exec Assistants if the event's workload is very high.
  • Give support to inhouse events or celebrations and conferences.
  • Detect and fix office related issues.
  • Ensure having a great working environment, following sustainable practices.
  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly.

You have:


  • Attention to details and problem solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
  • Proactivity and cando work attitude.
