INTRO
We are looking for an

Event Manager to join our growing marketing team. Together with

EMEA leaders and the

Head of Sales Marketing you will implement an event strategy to support Screening Eagle's growth in the EMEA markets.

This will include planning, managing, delivering and analyzing events, as well as working with the wider marketing team to sync marketing and promotion activities.

The main purpose of the role is to grow our brand across EMEA and help support the sales pipeline.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Own and maintain the EMEA events calendar.
Work closely with the
Marketing Campaign Manager
EMEA to ensure effective pre/post event campaigns and follow up process for leads generated.
Types of events to manage and attend, as required, include tradeshows, seminars, roadshows and digital webinars.
Responsible for managing logistics for show equipment, ensuring all items needed for each event are delivered on time and in good condition.
Work with third party vendors to source and order event/booth materials.
Lead pre show briefings and communications with staff, which include setting clear outlines and expectations for achieving event goals and targets.
Responsible for event prep, including hotel reservations, staff registration, material shipping and communication/coordination with staff.
Evaluate new and existing events for suitability and or suggestions to enhance and improve performance providing detailed recommendations on the approach recommended.
Travel (up to 25%) to event locations to set up the event space, manage live events and coordinate return shipping of exhibit materials.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
Experience in planning company events and managing logistics
Very strong administrative skills
Organised, proactive and people oriented
Ability to solve problems and being able to deal with challenges
Fluent languages skills in English, any other language is a plus
This position could be based in our Cambridge (UK) or Málaga (Spain) office with hybrid model.
