- You are the contact person forour customers as a Support Engineer
- Yourtasks include error documentation and carrying out systematic erroranalyses, e.g. in the area of network communication and firewalls
- You maintain close cooperation with ourcross-functional teams for troubleshooting and product improvement
- Supporting our customers in thecommissioning and operation of our hardware and software is alsopart of your tasks
- Use of the followingtechnical landscape: Windows and Linux operating systems,industrial PCs, Linux (CentOS) on our own industrial PC hardware,virtual machines and Docker containers (on-premise and in thecloud), various network technologies, Java, web technologies,mobile apps, mobile devices (e.g. tablets, data glasses,smartphones)
- Completed training as an ITspecialist in system integration or comparable qualification orexperience
- Advanced knowledge in dealingwith Windows and Linux systems, e.g. with Powershell/Bash,services, log files, scripting, container techniques, IT security
- Network communication and protocols inheterogeneous environments - troubleshooting with tools such asWireshark, tcpdump, nmap
- Interest inIndustry 4.0 technologies
- Open andcommunicative in exchanges with customers as well as IT specialistsand other interface areas
- Independentworking style with a high degree of goal and solution orientation
- Very good German and English skills roundoff your profile
