    What are we looking for?

    As a Customer Administration Specialist (Billing), you will join the CTC team carrying out the following duties:Reviewing billing volumes retained by pre-established rules.

    Analysing and managing billing rules handled within the Billing team.
    Sending rules not managed by the team to their corresponding owners.
    Cross-checking different files to obtain the final data to be processed.
    Managing administrative requests.
    Modifying contracts (corrections, changes in terms and conditions, counters, etc.) that may affect billing and its quality.
    Interacting with other departments to resolve incidents and modify contract conditions, customer data, and so on.
    Creating and reporting KPIs under managerial supervision (creation, analysis, communication, and implementation of improvements and efficiencies in KPIs).
    Creating requests for fleet improvement (MiF).
    What do you need?
    English is mandatory.
    It is important to be able to speak, understand, and write in English.
    A second European language will be valued.
    Strong analytical skills.
    Experience in similar tasks to those described.
    Proficiency in the Office package, especially Excel.
    Ability to multitask in administrative duties.
    Agility to adapt to new processes.
    Organised and methodical person for administrative tasks.
