Responsibilities:


Key Action Areas:


  • Assist in the administration of job architecture: organizational structure and job leveling with their respective salary bands.
  • Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data.
  • Provide advice on salary and compensation in line with the Institution's guidelines.
  • Develop and monitor dashboards of the entire labor force (including all types of contracts) and relevant measures for management.
  • Oversee and advise on our employee benefits.
  • Ensure salaries and benefits comply with current legislation about human rights and pay equity.
  • Support the budget annual cycle and administer and monitor the process for escalation of requests coming from the areas to the HR Committee.
  • Contribute to the design, implementation and maintenance of internal processes, data and tools related to employees for the use of Talent Management and CFO.
  • Develop and review international as well as country specific policies and practices.

Qualifications:

Requirements:


  • At least 5 years of experience in the compensation and benefits field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering or similar.
  • Master's degree from a topuniversity will be valued.
  • Handson experience with payroll software.
  • Proficient in Excel. Ability to use data and metrics.
  • User knowledge of Compensation Databases (e

g:
Mercer) and methodology.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong internal stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Spanish.
