    Overseas Senior Executive - Airports Operations Delivery

    Team: Administration & Executive Services

    Reporting to the Head of Ground Operations Delivery Overseas, the Overseas Senior Executive - Airports Operations Delivery will be part of the team responsible for supporting colleagues based overseas and in the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for the development of improvements to processes at both a head office and local level, with duties specifically to help the destination Airport teams deliver a VIP Customer experience . This will be achieved by having a clear focus on colleague support and team administration – main responsibilities include but are not limited to: Support &Administration
    • You will be the Head Office first point of contact for general enquiries from the destination teams
    • You will support the Head of and General Manager with preparation for key operational meetings and general administration (presentations, packs, handlers' performance indicators)
    • Track project aims, objectives and ensure team tasks are delivered to agreed timelines
    • Coordinate company mail orders and logistics of moving items around the network so they are in the right place at the right time
    • Maintain the team SharePoint sites, drive structure with control and quality of all presentations, templates and documents to ensure a consistent approach across all outstations
    • Arrange travel for the wider team as required
    • Any other ADHOC reports and requests
    Resource Planning & Rostering
    • Assist the Managers to plan headcount and resource across the stations
    • Assist the Managers to ensure the resource plan / op ex remains within budget throughout the year by monitoring spend and will function as first approver for invoices
    • Using electronic tools, responsible for ensuring rosters are built in advance and issued in a timely manner, with ownership control of absence reporting monitoring throughout the roster period
    • KPI Targets monitoring.
    • Point of contact with head quarters (raise local variations, GHM escalations, compliance monitoring)
    • Productivity and efficiency monitoring.
    Onboarding & Recruitment
    • Supporting the seasonal colleague cycle which includes recruitment, onboarding, team briefings and ongoing monitoring of all seasonal colleagues across the network
    Due to the nature of a team that is based across several overseas airports, there will be some travel which may require evening and weekend working . Where there is an operational need, you may occasionally be required work alongside our locally based Red Teams to support them delivering VIP Customer experience. Person Specification
    • Fluent in English , second language would be a Bonus.
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Excellent administration skills including rostering .
    • Good working knowledge of MS Office with a focus on Share point PowerPoint and Excel applications

    Additional Information
    • This role will be based at Low Fare Finder House (Leeds Bradford airport) or Terminal 2 (Alicante Airport) but some domestic and overseas travel may be required.
    • A flexible approach to the role is necessary due to the nature of the Overseas Department and working within a 24/7 Airport environment.
