The key purpose of the IoT Customer Solutions team in the VBPS IoT Practice is to ensure that we deliver value to customers faster while using our resources in the most effective way.

The role will work in the intersection of sales, technical pre-sales and engineering with a high degree of collaboration across the IoT Engineering teams in Managed Connectivity, Digital Services and Strategic Partnerships as well as Customer Delivery Teams in VBTS and senior stakeholders across IoT and Vodafone Business.

The role of Team Lead Complex Solution Intgration has the following goals:

Work in partnership with IoT Line of Business and Vodafone Business teams and our customers to focus on bespoke customer requests.
Ensure that custom customer requirements are clear and understood.
Manages global integration programs with Partner markets
Takes endtoend ownership of a diverse range of projects and initiatives, interfacing and influencing amongst Sales, Tech-PreSales, other engineering functions and VBTS.
Passionate about delivering a great customer experience by implementing bespoke Vodafone IoT Solutions globally.

What you bring:

Proven leadership experience with demonstrated ability to delight internal and external customers and manage Senior Stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills including presenting & negotiation up to C Level audiences C2 General
Educated to technical degree/masters level.
Experience and/or certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM master) advantageous for position.
