Your role


Be part of FunPlus' global, multi-specialised team of legal counsel and professionals as you partner across our organisation to provide legal solutions and consult and inform what we build and develop for our people, players and customers around the world.

You will be a member of FunPlus' Global Legal Department with its main offices in Switzerland and Beijing. This role reports to our General Counsel, Western Markets at our global HQ in Switzerland.


Your responsibilities

  • In close collaboration with your global legal team members you will partner with the FunPlus business teams in our Western markets to manage, negotiate and execute a broad range of commercial and corporate agreements, compliance/legal/risk managementrelated local and global matters and projects, primarily relating to our Western entities and markets.
  • Proactively manage the daytoday legal operational, contractual, corporate, organisational and compliance needs of our entities and studios in our Western markets.

Your profile

Excellent command of English (fluent) and Mandarin (native)
:


  • About 58 years' experience in a comparable commercial legal function, preferably in gaming, media or the tech industry.
  • A Master's Law degree from a reputable university in Europe, UK or the US.
  • Excellent serviceoriented and interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with people from a broad range of cultures, individuals and groups in a crossfunctional context are a must.
  • Ability to simplify complexity to actionable decisions and manage complex projects and negotiations, keeping all stakeholders informed and committed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound judgement and a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and advisors.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly research and evaluate novel legal issues, with a focus on practical solutions and an understanding of legal risks.
  • Interest and familiarity with legal issues facing technology and gaming companies.
  • You are a wellorganised, techsavvy, selfdriven, curious, resilient and uncomplicated teamoriented creative thinker and professional with a sense of humour and a high level of integrity, accountability and professionalism who feels comfortable in a fastpaced environment.
