We are revolutionizing the online ad-serving industry for advertisers, publishers, and networks alike and are seeking to recruit an Advertiser Account Manager for our Barcelona office.


Role:

As a Team Manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee the team's performance in managing and developing client accounts.


Your key job responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:


  • Leading and supervising the account management team and portfolios to ensure highquality service delivery to clients.
  • Developing and implementing account management strategies to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Identify potential clients and ensure that new accounts are onboarded smoothly.
  • Implementing sales targets and objectives for the team and monitoring their performance to achieve targets.
  • Collaborating with other departments such as publishing, marketing, compliance and customer service to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.
  • Conducting regular performance reviews (121s, quarterly reviews and evaluations) and providing feedback, coaching, and training to the team to improve their skills and performance.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and acting as a point of contact for escalation issues.
  • Analyzing client data and trends to identify opportunities for crossselling, upselling, and new business development.
  • Developing and maintaining an indepth knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively manage accounts.
  • Maintaining accurate records of account management activities and ensuring that data is updated in the company's CRM system.
  • Staying uptodate with industry trends and developments and sharing this knowledge with the team to improve their understanding of the market and client needs.
  • Ensuring that the team has a deep understanding of the clients' businesses, objectives, and challenges.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to clients on campaign optimization strategies.
  • Recognize customer needs and provide insights for improving sales processes and product features.
  • Available to attend and represent the company at local/international trade shows.
  • Elaborate reports for revenue and client base metrics to Head of Advertising and Management.
  • Select, hire and train new members for the team.

Requirements:


A team manager for an online advertising position would be expected to possess a range of technical, managerial, and soft skills to effectively oversee and lead a team towards meeting company goals.


Educational and Professional Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in online advertising, preferably with some years in a leadership or managerial role.

Technical & Industry Knowledge:


  • Proficiency with online advertising platforms like ExoClick, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Programmatic platforms.
  • Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem including concepts like RTB (Real-Time Bidding), DSP (Demand Side Platform), and SSP (Supply Side Platform).
  • Knowledge of advertising metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and others.
  • Familiarity with web analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Voluum, etc.

Managerial & Leadership Skills:


  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals.

Soft Skills:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Critical thinking and decisionmaking capabilities.
  • Adaptability to rapidly changing advertising industry trends.
