Game Tester (Barcelona)


At G4AL we develop exciting AAA blockchain games, as well as the tools to help gamers and game developers benefit from crypto.

We are expanding, and are on the lookout for a QA Analyst to join our highly motivated team.

This is a great opportunity for a talented game tester who is enthusiastic and self-motivated.

The role requires strong organisational skills and a fantastic eye for detail, and offers great scope for development as we continue to grow.


Responsibilities:

Work cohesively with various departments to gain a full understanding of all systems and game mechanics in test.

Find, reproduce, and accurately report issues in detailed bug reports with all relevant supporting information, such as screenshots, videos, and game logs.

Carry out examination, reproductions, and revisions of existing issues.


About you:


Essential:

Strong and varied experience playing games in different genres.
Good general PC knowledge, including experience with Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to communicate confidently and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to concisely present complex information via bug reports.
Able to multitask, prioritise, and work to deadlines, remaining focused when approaching repetitive tasks.
Excellent communication skills and ability to express thoughts and opinions openly and constructively.


Nice to have:

Previous experience in a similar role in the videogames industry
Degree-level education.
Previous testing experience in blockchain projects is not required but helpful.
Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
