Senior Fund Accountant -

Associate Level 3 Hybrid

The Role & Key Responsibilities:

Preparing journal entries and maintaining the general ledger for assigned partnerships;
Preparing and recording capital activity, including capital calls, distributions, and transfers;
Maintaining and fostering knowledge of current accounting principles, including understanding issues/developments in accounting; pronouncements that affect assigned partnerships;
Preparing the financial statements and footnotes;
Preparing clientspecific reports for assigned partnerships;
Obtaining and maintaining an understanding of effective uses of Sannespecific technology and systems;
Reviewing and approving the work of fund accountants;
Analyzing investment performance and delivering the results to the client;
Performing adhoc tasks, as needed;
Up to 10% travel may be required.

Skills Required:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance or other related field;
Three (3) or more years of experience in accounting;
One (1) or more years of experience in private equity;
Experience using FIS Investran preferred;
Detailoriented and highly analytical;
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and oral;
Ability to work in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment;
Proficiency in Windowsbased software, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
