David Kennedy Recruitment has partnered with a leading BPO company that supports top tech brands in providing exceptional customer care.

We're looking for a Dutch-speaking customer-facing Account Manager to execute the engagement and drive partner hand-off, provide initial face/voice to the customer, and drive sales.

Remuneration:
Base salary + performance bonus.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Be the first contact point for many customers, deliver a strong first impression, cultivate and expand a portfolio of clients, leveraging your sales expertise
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to fulfill small and medium sized businesses needs of our client's leading cloud technologies
  • Maximize upsell and crosssell opportunities collaborating with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers
  • Collect feedback from customers and articulate it back to the business: "Voice of customer."

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Intermediate or fluent English (verbal and written), C1 or native Flemish (verbal and written) levels of languages
  • 12 years of IT sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Experience working with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions would be an advantage
  • Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps would be an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written, and verbal business communication skills
