Overview:


Reporting to the Marketing Director, as a
Communication Manager you will create, implement, and oversee external communication programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products.


you will work to propel the brand's image through consistent messaging and strategy; coordinate other members of the marketing department, such as Product Managers and Business Developers, ensuring that marketing and communication initiatives accurately represent the brand and products.


Main responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies that drive products sales, build customer loyalty, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction and monitor their success
  • Define key performance indicators for each communications channel which will indicate a campaign's level of success
  • Oversee all external communications of the company and products, ensuring its message is consistent and engaging
  • Create style guides and brand voice outlines for marketing, advertising, sales
  • Share, guide, and make participants the rest of the marketing team on the communication strategy and guidelines
  • Monitore current trends in digital media/social media

Some Day-to-Day activites:

  • Define the style and key corporate messages of presentations
  • Creation and development of the graphic style and key messages of:
  • Print and online advertising
  • Brochures and catalogues
  • Presentation boxes
  • Web site content and corporate videos
  • Press releases, articles
  • Tradeshows and roadshows presence
  • Work with the rest of the marketing department to generate new ideas and strategies.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Languages or similar
  • 5 years' prior experience in a marketing or communication role
  • Fluent English + knowledge of a second language
  • Proven success designing and executing marketing and communications strategies and campaigns
  • Strong communication and relationship skills
  • Experience in the promotional industry will be considered as a plus
  • Good data analysis, problemsolving and critical thinking
