    About the Role


    We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst Contractor to support strategic and operational initiatives within a fast-paced logistics environment based in Madrid.

    The successful candidate will work closely with operations, IT, finance, and commercial teams to analyze business processes, optimize supply chain performance, and deliver data-driven insights that improve efficiency and service levels.


    This role is ideal for a self-driven professional with strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience in logistics or supply chain environments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders across logistics, warehousing, and transportation functions
    • Analyze operational workflows (transport planning, lastmile delivery, inventory management, warehouse operations)
    • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend scalable solutions
    • Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams
    • Support implementation of logistics systems (WMS, TMS, ERP integrations)
    • Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor operational performance
    • Perform costbenefit analysis and impact assessments
    • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and crossfunctional alignment sessions
    • Support change management and user acceptance testing (UAT)
    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
    • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain
    • Strong understanding of supply chain processes xugodme and distribution networks
    • Experience with ERP, WMS, or TMS systems
    • Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
    • Fluency in Spanish and English
    Preferred Skills

    • Experience working in highvolume logistics operations
    • Knowledge of process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio)
    • Familiarity with data analysis tools (SQL, Python is a plus)
    • Experience in digital transformation or automation projects
    • Agile/Scrum exposure
