Reinforcing our team, we are currently looking for a highly skilled and visionary
Head of Product to drive the development of our AI-powered image enhancement and generation products.

You'll be the driving force behind our success, shaping the future of our company and establishing us as a market leader in the visual technology space.

AI Photoshoot, our latest groundbreaking product, is revolutionising the process of creating product images. This exciting blend of artificial intelligence and photography empowers brands to effortlessly create striking visuals for their products.

We expect you to:
_**- Develop and execute the product strategy, aligning it with our company's goals and objectives.

• Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to shape the direction of product development.
• Define product roadmaps and prioritise feature development based on customer feedback, market demands, and business goals.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful product execution and timely launches.
• Lead the product development process from concept to release, focusing on product quality and adherence to project timelines.
• Gather and analyse user feedback, conduct testing, and iterate on product features to enhance the user experience.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Communicate product value propositions and features to internal stakeholders, customers, and other teams.
• Collaborate closely with our great ML Team and with the executive team to contribute to strategic decisionmaking and business growth.
• Define and track key product metrics to measure the success and impact of AI products, using datadriven insights to drive product optimisation and iterate on features.
• Proven experience of 5+ years as a Product Lead or Head of Product, ideally within the realm of B2B or B2C SaaS visual products.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills: experience of leading product teams and collaborating with engineering crossfunctional teams
• Understanding and knowledge of AI, image processing, or related fields, with a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex problems.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate market insights and customer needs into successful product strategies.
• Demonstrated success in driving product development and launching innovative products to market.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a datadriven and customercentric approach.
• Flawless English skills (C1-C2).
