YOUR ROLE:


  • Implements global eCommerce strategy comprising product/assortment, price, promotion and media taking into consideration local specifics
  • Aligns the strategy implementation with all relevant stakeholders (global eCommerce; local Sales and Marketing)
  • Develops touch point strategy to improve consumer KPIs / consultation for marketing
  • Analyses market and consumer data to identify insights and leverages these to deliver strategic and tactical eCommerce initiatives
  • Supports building up leading eCommerce/online expertise for Henkel to exploit new online potentials
  • Fully understands and leverages the site capability and functionality of pure play customers to optimise the effy of activation plans
  • Develops and maintains tracking reports for EPOS, eCommerce concentration, market shares, key fin. metrics, competitor activity, etc.
  • Develops and executes Joint Business Plans (JBP) with key accounts to deliver the required bus. growth (KP) and internal stretch plan (IP)
  • Coaches and develops direct reports
  • Monitors & optimizes DAP for PP by assortment, promotion and media optimization

YOUR SKILLS:

- +2 years of experience in a similar role in E-business e-commerce management

  • Experience working related with B2B segment, marketplaces, Digital Marketing and online advertising
  • B2B user experience related with revenue analytics
  • Fluent level of english
  • Negotiation skills and motivation to grow up in the digital area.
  • Motivation to work in this area and propose optimizations
