    Hey, this is Alberto , Customer Success Lead at Bdeo. Our Customer Success team is part of a customer-facing team that boasts performing professionals with eclectic backgrounds and skills, making it able to manage diverse clients and different challenges in several geographies.

    Do you like the intersection between business and technology?

    At Bdeo, we are searching for a tech-savvy Pre-sales Specialist to help our potential clients make sense of complex products, addressing needs as well as helping with decision-making. You will demonstrate how our Motor & Property products help companies to transform themselves.

    About the role

    Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.

    -Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of Bdeo's AI-driven solutions.

    -Assist in the development of sales strategies and proposals, providing technical insights and recommendations.

    -Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales activities.

    -Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position Bdeo's solutions in the market.

    -Provide technical support during the sales process, addressing client inquiries and conducting proof of concept (POC) activities as needed.

    -Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback from clients and contribute to product enhancement initiatives.

    Who are we searching for:

    -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

    -Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, preferably in the technology/software industry.

    -Strong understanding of AI technologies, data analytics, and software development concepts.

    -Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

    -Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.

    -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.

    -Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus).
